Ability to read bloodwork panel's is through Primary Education at The University of Colorado Boulder.

  • Although we do have transformations that can be presented if a client is really that interested. Comparison is the thief of joy and you should only be focused on the progress you are making and not worried about what others have accomplished. Once one can realize the only comparison you should be making is the one against yourself is when real progress begins. Hiring a high level coach from No Comparison Coaching means you trust that they are going to deliver desirable results and assist you in your successes.

Nowadays, a lot of influencers will make a workout plan and dish it out for $50-$100 and there will be hundreds of people doing the same exercises when in reality, everyones body is different and completely copying your favorite influencers workout WILL NOT make you look like them. At No Comparison Coaching we take much more into account when building workout programs such as experience level, lifestyle, job, goals and how high of a priority fitness is on your radar.

  • Meal plans can be assigned on a case by case basis. Those who are serious about competing in physique competitions will have much more specific meal plans then those who are just trying to make changes in their physique for personal accomplishment and lifestyle reasons. For lifestyle clients we will generally follow a macro based plan and for those who do not have a healthy relationship with food, other options such as intuitively eating or just hitting protein goals is adequate for success.

  • In person training sessions are provided for those clients that are in range of their coach.
